39. Reshma and Shabana Memon
In 1993, a horrific bombing claimed 350 lives in Mumbai, India (formerly Bombay). The main perpetrator behind the event is believed to be notorious crime lord Dawood Ibrahim and several arrests were made. Soon after, it became clear that several people were involved, and two of those people were Reshma and Shabana Memon.
These women were actually related to one of Ibrahim’s accomplices, Tiger Memon. Shabana was his wife and Reshma his sister-in-law. They are said to have played a major role in the bombing and are still on the loose. While nobody is certain where they fled to, many believe that they now reside somewhere in Karachi, Pakistan.
