18. Regent Cinema, Brisbane, Australia
The theatre was originally built in 1938. The design was one which was used nationally. During the war the Regent cinema incurred a major fire which burnt the theatre to the ground. However, these days it has been fully restored to its glory and shows wonderful movies.
